Lots of things done and lots of things to do.
Printed an edition of thirty-three etchings today for a print exchange.
Watching Youtube videos on how to make light boxes.
Applying for shows and preparing for our end of year exhibition next month.
Oh! and i did receive my prints from the Freak of Nature print exchange. Could not wipe the smile from my face all day. so so so good.

10.2011

I was planning on making a different post for each of the four days at Impact, though as soon as i got home each night i just ate and then slept! I still wish it wasn't over!
Apart from those already mentioned earlier, i really enjoyed 'Globetrotting: Tamarind Printers Around the World' presented on day two. Here's a nice video on Lithography from the Tamarind Workshop:
Also, Scott Betz, Liz Ingram, Rebecca Mayo, Marian Crawford, Penelope Trotter and Jazmina Cininas were all insightful and inspirational. Keynote speakers Paul Coldwell, Brook Andrew and Trent Walter provided a great start to day two and day four.
Impact aside, right now I'm taking a break from working on some drawings on paper. It feels a little strange as i haven't done any drawing in quite a while! oh and ps. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL FRIEND JOSIE FOR YESTERDAY!
